It was decided in the General Body meeting during APSICON 2002, at Bangalore, that members who have not paid for 3 years or more will be given an opportunity to pay by 31st December 2002, and the Treasurer will issue a final notice to them stating this fact. Following this, names of the defaulters are to be deleted from records. This decision was taken because APSI has to pay International dues in respect of these members and it has been leading to a substantial drain of resources. The Treasurer has informed that the following members have still not responded to his request sent to them by Registered Post. It is, therefore, proposed to positively delete the following names from APSI Membership List w.e.f 1st May , 2003. The outstanding dues in respect of these members exceed Rs 2000/- per individual. Those desirous of retaining the membership are advised to immediately contact the Treasurer to know the amount outstanding against their name and to pay it before 30th April 2003.
